Allows free transportation in and out of space of the host city. It also creates a space city above the host city.

Increased food production in host Civilization's cities by 25%. 		Click To Enlarge Wormhole Sensor.
Allows you to see the wormhole. All other Civilizations will see the wormhole 5 turns later.
